Once arousal has reached a certain level, the person experiences an orgasm. After the sexual high, one feels satisfied and the body relaxes. The blood pressure falls, for example, breathing returns to normal, and one may feel tired.
Some people are sexually aroused by exposing their external sex organs to strangers in a public place. This can develop into a recurring urge. This behavior or the urge to engage in it can be emotionally distressing and lead to problems in daily life or in relationships. There is typically no desire to engage in closer contact with the strangers.
