Das Mittelohr beginnt hinter dem Trommelfell. Es besteht aus der luftgefüllten Paukenhöhle mit den 3 Gehör-Knöchelchen. Das Mittelohr ist über einen Gang mit dem Rachen verbunden. So kann das Mittelohr belüftet werden.
