You had an operation on your foreskin or frenulum.
In the penis there is the urethra and a lot of erectile tissue. When the erectile tissue fills with blood, the penis becomes erect. At the front end of the penis is the glans. The glans is normally covered by a protective piece of skin. This skin is known as the foreskin.The foreskin is attached to the underside of the glans by the frenulum.
If your foreskin is too tight, it can be widened through surgery. Sometimes, the frenulum is too short. In that case, it can be lengthened through surgery.
